Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Financial Goals Achievement, Cost-Savings and managing revenue, income & expenses .
∎ To establish plans, budgets, results of activities allocating resources.
∎ To review, monitor progress and make mid-course corrections.
∎ To coordinate efforts by establishing Standard Operating Process (SOP) for smooth operations.
∎ Successful Implementation of ERP - Platform and its continuation in place of departmental works - Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, production, commercials, Budget & Book Keeping etc.
∎ To build, retain and improve continuously team performance individually & jointly.
