Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
∎ Female candidates and experience with NGO accounts are preferable for this position. Candidate who are experienced with company, private sector and public sector are discouraging to apply this position.
∎ CA-CC/ Partly completed are eligible for apply.
∎ M Com accounting or B Com/ BBA with adequate experienced.
∎ The education qualification may flexible for experienced and capable candidate.
∎ Training/Trade Course: NGO Accounts,Project Accounts
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Computer skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Computer skill, Micro Credit, NGO Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Market Research Firms, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Accounts Keeping, Bank Transaction and coordination with financial institutions.
∎ Loan disbursement, MFI software entry, reporting, cross checking and validation of loan.
∎ Development of financial proposal, budgeting.
∎ Budget controlling, procurement process maintain and store management
∎ Support to HR and logistics officer
∎ Asset management
∎ VAT and Tax management related work and communication with legal authorities.
∎ Financial Reporting, Audit preparation.
∎ Maintain the financial and admin policy properly at all stages.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 70 years
∎ Knowledge on Manual Accounts Keeping and Software Both
∎ Good command of English.
∎ Computer literacy, MS word, Excel, Power-Point etc. and Tally
∎ Knowledge and expertise on managing micro credit programme.
∎ 3 years' confirmed practical experience in NGO including at least 1 year in financial accounting/controlling.
∎ Capable to prepare financial report independently
∎ Honest and Hardworking mentality
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary is negotiable for experienced candidates. Retired person can apply for this position for contractual period.
