Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle the existing dealers and creating new dealers for sales expansion.
∎ Visit Offices to develop Corporate Clients.
∎ Achieve assigned Sales Target.
∎ Develop strong relationships with Dealers / Corporate Customers.
∎ Ability to handle dealers and satisfy them (as per the business Policy of the organization).
∎ Extensive tour and finding the gap market places.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Applicants with 1- 2 years of experience (In Sales, Corporate Sales, Customer Support/Client Service, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores/Shops) will get preference.
∎ Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.
∎ Candidates must understand the Client's needs and identify the scope for Sales opportunities.
∎ • Ability to identify potential customers and develop sustainable relationships with them.
∎ Strong Price Negotiation Capability.
∎ Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision Making Capability.
∎ Excellent Face to Face and Over the Phone Communication Ability to convince customers.
∎ Written and Oral Communication in Bangla is highly desirable.
∎ Must have Computer Proficiency, Internet Browsing and Email using capability.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 8000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ D/A: Tk. 90/- per working day
T/A: At actual
Festival Bonus: 2 per year (As per Company`s policy)
Mobile Allowance.
