Job Context:
∎ Dime Fintech builds tools to help freelancers and businesses to make better financial decisions through one stop shop for tax deduction and optimization, seamless invoice experience, annual tax filing and insight and recommendations to help make better decisions to increase revenue and reduce time. As an ML Engineer you will be part of the ML recommendation team where you will help automate use cases which will help the DIme customer to make better decisions for their businesses as well as their clients.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with a small team of ML engineers to build machine learning solutions to challenging real world problems such as:
∎ Finding relevant clauses for our customers in their income and expense transactions.
∎ Information Retrieval from transaction with natural language processing tools.
∎ Transaction Classification and Clustering
∎ Accelerating high-quality Labeled Data Gathering.
∎ General ML Ops and Pipeline management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Overall 4 to 6+ years of experience in software development field
∎ Strong engineering background with 1-3 years prior machine learning experience.
∎ Experience using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch (or its derivatives such as HuggingFace or AllenNLP) or TensorFlow.
∎ Experience using common NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, Gensim).
∎ Significant Python backend experience.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong work ethic and ability to operate with high velocity.
∎ Skills:
∎ Backend: Python/NodeJS
∎ ML Stack: PyTorch, HuggingFace, Pandas, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, GPT-3, BERT, AllenNLP, Spacy, AWS Textract
∎ Frontend: React/React Native(Mobile App)
∎ Architecture: Microservice (Docker)
∎ Datastore: MongoDB, S3
∎ CI/CD: GitHub -> Travis CI
∎ Deployment: GCP
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Finance and Investment background is prefered
∎ Experience working in FinTech is prefered
