Job Responsibilities:
∎ Is the Ambassador of the hotel and represents and lives the values of hospitality,
∎ etiquette and sublime attention to guests and visitors
∎ Monitors the status and the requirements of guests in the lobby and all public areas
∎ Addresses and solves urgent requirements of the guests
∎ Takes special care of disabled guests, families with children, aged guests
∎ Assists guests with directions, hotel information, local events and organizes outings as desired
∎ Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth
∎ service delivery
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communicator, must be eloquent, feel comfortable dealing with guests
∎ Outstanding listening skills
∎ Perfect Bengali and English is a must, additional language is a plus
∎ Elegantly and efficiently handles complaints
∎ Advanced computer skills are mandatory
∎ Must be able to deal with pressure
∎ Must be willing to extend working hours during high occupancy
