Education:
∎ For Lecturer (Accounting): BBA (Honor's) and MBA in Accounting (PhD/Mphil holders will be prioritized) with minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one first-class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ For Lecturer (Supply Chain Management/Marketing): BBA (Honor's) and MBA in Supply Chain Management/Marketing (PhD/Mphil holders will be prioritized) with minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one first-class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ 4 years Bachelor with Master's Degree /3 years Bachelor (Honors) with Master's Degree. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A/Grade in the entire educational curriculum. No Third Division/ Class/ C Grade is acceptable.
∎ For Assistant Professor (Accounting): BBA (Honor's) and MBA in Accounting and Ph.D./Mphil/Equivalent Degree in relevant field with a minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one first-class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ For Assistant Professor (Supply Chain Management/Marketing) : BBA (Honor's) and MBA in Supply Chain Management/Marketing and Ph.D./Mphil/Equivalent Degree in relevant field with a minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one first-class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/Graduate Program.
∎ At least 03 years of teaching experience at the university level, out of which 03 years as a Lecturer.
∎ Must have 02 Publications to his/her credit, out of which 02 publications as Lecturer OR
∎ M.Phil/Equivalent Degree in relevant field with a minimum of two First Class/Div/A Grade.
