Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of clinical practice .
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience as an educator in nursing college.
∎ Total 05 years of working experience in education and more.
∎ Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Good interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills. Ambitious, Dedicated, Hard Working.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work pressure & deadline.
∎ To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in curriculum development evaluation and curriculum revision.
∎ Identifies the needs of the learners in terms of the program by utilizing the records of previous experience, personal interviews, tests and observation.
∎ Participates in formulation, implementation of Philosophies and objectives of College of Nursing.
∎ Collaborate with other faculty in course development.
∎ Participates in development activities, professional and community service activities
