∎ Minimum 4-5 years in managerial/leadership role
∎ Minimum 4-5 years' Teaching experience.
∎ Excellent English proficiency in speaking, reading and writing.
∎ Good interpersonal, leadership, and administrative skills.
∎ Willing to take challenges of work under pressure within deadline.
∎ Experience in nursing academic administration, curriculum development, and the latest teaching methodologies
∎ Should be well-versed with the requirement of the regulatory bodies.
∎ Good communication skills in English.
∎ Proficiency in using MS Office and Excel

∎ Deliver high quality teaching to students
∎ Design, develop and review teaching activities and materials
∎ Investigate and reflect on professional standards and practices and contribute to the presentation and/or publication of findings
∎ Engage in professional practice activities, such as the provision of advice and/or training to professional groups
∎ Lead learning and teaching activities in a particular area.
∎ Contribute to the administration of the academic programme, by supporting student recruitment.
