Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum academic qualification Hon's and Master's Degree in respective subject from a reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Education and Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful candidates will be responsible for taking classes, preparing lesson plan, attending regular meeting and training.
∎ College lecturer will have to take class both in school & College section.
∎ Teachers will have to take class both Online and offline.
∎ Preparing lesson plans as per the prescribed curriculum, conducting classes, ensuring active participation of students in classes, assessing student performance regularly, meeting with parents.
∎ Prepare, administer and evaluate Class tests & Semester Exams.
∎ Monitor the progress of the students to counsel and assist them to improve.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have good command in English (Reading, speaking and writing).
∎ Must have computer literacy to prepare lessons, evaluation sheet for students, exam scripts, Online Classes.
∎ Candidates must have higher level of computer proficiency.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
∎ Basic Pay Tk.22,000.00 and other allowances as per institute`s Policy.
