Teaching Experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and guide the Teachers for their respective classes.
∎ Conduct the load distribution as per the Institution policies.
∎ Supervise the Teachers in preparing Syllabus, Class Qualities etc.
∎ Make Sure that Teachers take classes properly, regularly and timely.
∎ Maintain all Registers (Attendance Register, Record Register, Lesson Plan Register, Notice Register, etc.)
∎ Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her class in daily work such
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management
∎ To take challenge a standard result in SSC or HSC Exam.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have minimum 20 years teaching experience in any reputed institution.
∎ Vice principal (Academic) Acting or Retired will get preference.
∎ Strong Computer Skills.
∎ Fluency in oral and written English.
∎ Competent in office administration.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
∎ Should have leadership, organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
