∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D and 3D design and animation skills.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and 3D animation tools (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
∎ Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to visually articulate ideas and concepts.Attention to detail, ensuring consistency across all design and animation work.
∎ Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
∎ Open to feedback and revisions while maintaining creative integrity.
∎ Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut) is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with the eCommerce industry is a plus.
∎ Willingness to work during EST time zone office hours.

∎ Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and align designs with brand identity and marketing objectives.
∎ Produce and optimize graphic assets for use in various media, including motion graphics.
∎ Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
∎ Conceptualize and brainstorm unique ideas for both static and motion-based projects.
∎ Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design tools.
∎ Work closely with video editors, content creators, and marketing teams to integrate designs into broader multimedia projects.
∎ Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and tools, applying them to enhance visual output.
∎ Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect designs, ensuring they meet project objectives.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, from static designs to motion graphics.
∎ Create and design high-quality visuals and graphics for use on stock image sites.

In this position, you will lead the development of compelling visual designs across both digital and print media.
