Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product roles will include:
∎ Prioritizing key features based on business impact, user experience and available resources
∎ Anticipating and proactively solving long term product challenges through a deep understanding of business and product dynamics
∎ Designing interfaces for features in collaboration with the designer
∎ Being cognizant of how new features affect existing features and interfaces
∎ Defining and communicating product plan from conception to release
∎ Contributing to technical conversations around deadlines and engineering solutions
∎ Marketing roles will include:
∎ Designing and implementing business and marketing strategies, plans, policies and process
∎ Devising, executing, tracking and evaluating online and offline campaigns to drive more users
∎ Prioritizing marketing initiatives based on ROI
∎ Creating and approving compelling content and marketing assets
∎ Building and managing strategic partnerships with other Brands that align with our interests and help generate more demand
∎ Organizing the marketing department and responsibilities
∎ Supporting fundraising material preparation and expansion activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Curiosity to learn and adapt to marketing research, development and industry knowledge

Salary: Tk. 32000 - 36000 (Monthly)
