Role Overview:

  • We’re looking for a dynamic professional who can handle both Lead Generation and Digital Marketing.

  • You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads, running digital campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple channels to drive business growth.

  • This is not a partial role — we need someone who can manage end-to-end online marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, social media, and other platforms.

  • Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists.

  • Execute outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and nurturing sequences.

  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to buy.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.

  • Track lead performance and continuously optimize strategies.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and email campaigns.

  • Optimize campaigns for conversions, engagement, and ROI.

  • Manage content strategy, social media presence, and brand promotion.

  • Analyse campaign performance with Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Insights, etc.

  • Collaborate with SEO specialists for organic reach and traffic.

  • Innovate and test new marketing strategies, channels, and tools.

 

Combined Role

  • Integrate lead generation and digital marketing strategies for maximum impact.

  • Drive end-to-end results from awareness to lead capture to conversion.

  • Provide actionable insights and reports to improve campaigns continuously.
