∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)
∎ Graduation in Art, Animation, Design, or related field is preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, Art & Sketch, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), motion graphics
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective design strategy based on the target audience
∎ Develop, and lead the creation of storyboards, animation, visual effects and artwork to meet design goals and support the animation style
∎ Manage Art / Design Team - keeping track of tasks, creating guidelines and ensuring that individuals have what they need to get their work done
∎ Anticipate issues and is proactive in developing solutions
∎ Utilize internal tools and procedures and work with engineering to meet technical requirements
∎ Must have the flexibility to work on multiple titles and platforms simultaneously
∎ Maintain flexibility to assist with special projects, as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience as stated before with 3 years experience in leadership roles
∎ Portfolio reflecting similar work experiences in creative sites like Behance / Dribbble etc
∎ Experienced with aspects of 3D animation: modeling, rigging, lighting, texturing, animation
∎ Experience in 2D animation/motion graphics with strong affinity to design concepts
∎ Strong ability to communicate ideas visually
Salary: Negotiable
