Candidate must have sufficient language skill (C1 or C2) in Spanish language.
Candidates must have minimum 3 years full time Job experience in any industry.
Prior experience in managing a team shall add value but not mandatory experience.
Candidates having working experience with Spanish national shall add value.
Prior experience in Customer Service/ hospitality industry shall add value.
Responsibilities & Context:
To maintain effective communication with Spanish Officials.
To ensure day to day office activities.
Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
To ensure customer satisfaction.
To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP, standards.
To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.
