∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Candidate must have sufficient language skill (B2 or equivalent level) in any language (French/Japanese).
∎ Candidates must have minimum 5 years full time Job experience in any industry.
∎ Prior experience in managing a team shall add value but not mandatory experience.
∎ Candidates having working experience with French / Japanese national shall add value.
∎ Prior experience in Customer Service/ hospitality industry shall add value.

∎ To maintain effective communication with Japanese & French Officials.
∎ To ensure day to day office activities.
∎ Conduct regular Audits for all processes & implement all new process rollouts or changes.
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure local & international compliance, 100% implementation of SOP, standards.
∎ To ensure team building. Staff supervision & guidance.
∎ To maintain effective communication with Japanese & French Officials.
∎ To ensure day to day office activities.
