Experience:

• 3 to 4 years

• Diploma in Medical Technology

• 4-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. in MLT preferable)

• 3 to 4 years

• Age 26 to 40 years

• At least 3 years of practical experience as a Lab Technologist in a reputed diagnostic center or hospital.

• Certified professional with strong knowledge of laboratory quality control and safety protocols.

• Proven ability to manage and supervise laboratory operations and staff.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the laboratory team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain quality assurance and calibration of all lab equipment

• Oversee sample collection, processing, and reporting accuracy

• Ensure full compliance with medical and regulatory standards

• Coordinate closely with doctors, technicians, and management to maintain service excellence
