Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, but those with any degree/diploma in Korean language and culture will be preferred.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: EPS,TOPIK
∎ Skills Required: Develop content or educational materials, Fluency in Korean language, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Monitoring and Reporting, Student Counselling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education and Training, Korean Language Skill, language training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities to create a positive education climate for students to learn.
∎ Teach students how to read, write, speak, and understand Korean language. This involves explaining grammar rules, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances.
∎ Able to deliver lessons using a direct method (Korean language) in order to create an immersive classroom environment where the teacher and students can use the Korean language to communicate naturally.
∎ Promoting cultural exchange and cross-cultural understanding, and introducing Korean customs and traditions.
∎ Develop content/educational materials for classroom use.
∎ Enable students to achieve practical communication skills, as well as to equip them with the language skills that can be applied in a professional environment.
∎ Participation in lesson planning, as well as other tasks required of the center.
∎ Meet course-wise student performance goals.
∎ Assess and evaluate student performance.
∎ Manage student behavior in the classroom.
∎ Collaborate with the program coordinator and COO to achieve program goals.
∎ Develop professional relationships with other stakeholders in the interest of our organization.
∎ Prepare students eligible for online interviews and embassy tests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 Years of teaching experience in Korean language teaching.
