∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Responsible for smooth functioning of the Kitchen
∎ Keeping the staff moral and motivation high should be on the top of the priority list for Supervisors
∎ Communication with the back-end operations like HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, ISIT and Finance are also considered as very important parameters for performance evaluation
∎ Must be good in computer operation
∎ Minimum 5 years similar experience in FnB Operation
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning menus
∎ Making sure food is of the right quality and price and is produced on time
∎ Controlling a budget and keeping accurate records
∎ Managing health and hygiene procedures
∎ To supervise staff members of the kitchen
∎ To run the operation smoothly in line with sop
∎ Maintain proper inventory and keeping records
∎ Arrange and manage various events, food supply
∎ Make sure the quality of Foods, upgrades menu
