∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ · Assist to purchase the health insurance for our customers from different provider’s online portal as per overseas team members instruction.
∎ · Reconcile and validate the collection vs cost of respective insurance purchase
∎ · Organize and maintain the relevant documents as per the company policy
∎ · Data entry to our inhouse CRM system for every health insurance purchase.
∎ · Communicate to provider, customer as well as to our internal team member to fast-track the process
∎ · Contribute and add value to the customer experience - providing exceptional service with every customer interaction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ · A confident, friendly & outgoing personality is a must
∎ · Strong communication skills both verbal and written
∎ · High level of computer literacy, particularly at MS office function
∎ · Office working hour – 6 am to 2 PM, Monday to Friday
∎ · Immediate start

Salary: Negotiable
