Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials and actively involve in developing curriculum.
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Active participation in School events.
∎ Make students actively involved with ECA activities and events of schools.
∎ Employing a variety of educational techniques (story telling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
∎ Work for the holistic and formal development of children.
∎ Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteemWriting up reports for parents on each child's developmental progress.
∎ Ensuring that students are actually engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
∎ Must have effective classroom management skills and strategies.
∎ Giving feedback about the performance of the students and their activities to the authority.
∎ Observing, recording and reporting on the behavior of individual students as assigned.
