∎ HSC in Any (No 3rd division allowed)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and perform accordingly
∎ Conduct ACSM activities in assigned area
∎ Maintain documents and registers regularly
∎ Conduct regular referral of presumptive to designated X-ray and Gene Xpert sites
∎ Maintain contact tracing register for active case findings and other presumptive cases to nearby diagnostic facility
∎ Prepare and maintain all related reports regularly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Candidate must be Bangladeshi Citizen

Salary: Tk. 12850 (Monthly)
