Accounts, Administration, Microsoft Excel, Software
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Junior Officer (Depot)
∎ Ensure Depot Administration is running smoothly.
∎ Maintain daily Petty cash book & software entry.
∎ Ensure daily Feed stock report to sales team.
∎ Verify All kind of bills.
∎ Ensure all products in good conditions.
∎ Ensure better services for stakeholder.
∎ Collection deposit to Bank & Software Entry.
∎ Complete overhead, distribution budget compare with Actual expense.
∎ Feed Forecast Maintain
∎ Maintaining Attendance & leave register for both payroll & Master roll.
∎ Prepare Weekly petty cash Requisition
∎ For Officer (Factory Accounts)
∎ Maintain Petty Cash, check bill voucher and complete payment.
∎ Complete physical verification of materials, payment against authorized IOU requisition.
∎ Ensure daily labor attendance in factory register.
∎ Complete daily labor wage, overtime payment & load unload labor bill preparation and wage payment.
∎ Ensure contractual employee salary payment.
∎ Complete daily meal bill verification and payment.
∎ Prepare petty cash statement report and send to HO and real time entry in ERP.
∎ Complete factory Rent & Security guards salary, overtime entry in ERP.
∎ Maintain asset register and update accordingly.
∎ Carry out physical verification of local purchase rate & disburse payment with authentic documentation (if required).
∎ Verify wastage & sales-potato, rice seeds, Jute bag, drum and deposit amount in bank.
∎ Complete inventory checking & daily gain & loss physical verification.
∎ Complete fuel, generator & delivery van log book check, TA & DA check & disburse payment.
∎ Check R & D petty cash & carry out surprise visit of R & D Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ For Jr Officer: BDT 13,000- BDT 14,000
For Officer: BDT 15,000- BDT 16,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
