Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash collection receive and maintain register from marketing officer, delivery assistant
∎ Daily Petty Cash Maintenances
∎ Prepare petty cash bill and send to head office
∎ Post daily received money receipt, petty cash bill & miscellaneous bill in ERP.
∎ Scan daily bank deposit copy & and mail to Head Office
∎ Maintain daily money receive, handover & preservation register, cash collection register
∎ FIFO Checking
∎ Randomly depot Inventory checkup with reporting
∎ Maintain depot fixed asset regularly.
∎ Send daily sales, collection & MR posting report to head office.
∎ COD cash collection report send to RSM, ASM & Head Office
∎ Follow up route wise distribution cost regularly and update format.
∎ Fuel Vs Km consumption regularly check and update on log book.
∎ Check TA/DA bill, fill up format then send to HO Accounts department.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
