Education:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• Age 20 to 30 years

• Assist the design team in developing seasonal collections and concepts.

• Create sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards under guidance.

• Help in selecting fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for the collection.

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for buyers, showcasing new designs and collection ideas.

• Take photos of existing styles for reference, presentations, or collection boards.

• Support the preparation of presentations for internal teams and buyers.

• Assist in coordinating with the merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are translated correctly into samples.

• Help track the development of samples and provide feedback during fittings.

• Research fashion trends, color palettes, and competitors for design inspiration.

• Maintain organized design files, swatches, and sample records.

• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Designer.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or related field.

• Strong passion for fashion, creativity, and design innovation.

• Basic understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW is preferred.

• Good hand-sketching skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of PowerPoint or similar tools for presentations.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior designers.
