Dhaka Central Polytechnic Institute is looking for a Junior Instructor (Civil/Computer) for Diploma Engineering courses under Bangladesh Technological Educational Board (BTEB).

• The role of the Junior Instructor will be to provide leadership, direction, and coordination.
• The Junior Instructor's main focus should be to develop and maintain effective educational programs within his/her Department and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning.
• Teaching & Training: Deliver theoretical and practical lessons on electrical systems and safety.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update course content to meet industry standards.
• Lab Supervision: Manage practical sessions and ensure safety compliance.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate students through exams, assignments, and practical’s.
• Mentorship: Guide students in academic and career development.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain student records and contribute to program reviews.
• Organize different Annual Programs (like Science Fair, Cultural Program, Sports Competition, Annual picnic, Debate Programs, etc.)
• Any other duties assigned time to time
