∎ The Junior Executive/Executive - Videography is accountable for the shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collateral including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing, and event content.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the primary videographer for the creation of all marketing including but not limited to promotional videos, advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements.
∎ Responsible for capturing high quality event content (indoors & outdoors), inside or outside Dhaka city
∎ Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library
∎ Use various media including graphics, animation, data visualization, music, and voice overs to create professional grade content.
∎ Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each videography project
∎ Work with clearly detailed content briefs provided, as well as creating content briefs
∎ Assemble and disassemble studio, lights, gimbal, drone, tripods, microphone and props
∎ Ensure that the resolution of images, colour mode, and size of the file for Implementation is correct
∎ Prepare background film or "B" rolls as well as live feed
∎ Understand fashions, style and fabrics and how to shoot them
∎ To be up to date with videography trends to ensure we are at the forefront of content
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong command over photo and video editing software such as Premier Pro, After Effect, DaVinci, Photoshop, Light Room and Canva
∎ Should have creative eye and artistic ability
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advanced level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ At least 3 years' relevant work experience (both shooting and editing)
∎ Apparel and event videography experience
∎ High end fashion videography and 3D animation skills will be considered an advantage
