Requirements:
Skills Required: ERP Software,Tally Software
Additional Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Good communication Skills
Willingness to Banking Activities
Responsibilities & Context:
Check and verify daily collections from sales or other income sources.
Ensure timely deposit of collections into the appropriate bank accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all collection and deposit activities.
Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliation statements.
Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
Maintain updated bank ledgers and documentation.
Prepare supplier bills and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
Create and maintain receivable invoices for clients/customers.
Follow up on outstanding receivables as per schedule.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal use.
Conduct basic financial analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Support management with relevant financial data during audits and reviews.
Record day-to-day financial transactions (journal entries, ledgers, etc.).
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
