Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as “Jr. Executive – CRM Agent”. The role is responsible for managing CRM operations.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented in the company’s CRM software.
- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide feedback to management on customers and documents.
- Build report with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
- Collaboration with whole team.
