∎ Computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel
∎ Strong communication skill (written & spoken) in both English & Bengali
∎ Must be an organized person capable of working independently and with strong analytical skills
∎ Should have excellent reporting skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check all Type of Head Office Bill Under supervision of DGM
∎ Prepare Voucher (Debit, Credit, Journal)
∎ Prepare Monthly Accounts (QF- H.O MEH-H.O & NNZ School H.O) Under supervision of DGM
∎ Prepare project wise Monthly Spectacles Repot (8 Project)
∎ Prepare project wise Monthly JV (Accounts, Spectacles & Medicine Report)
∎ Petty Cash Maintain
∎ NGO AB related Office Works Under supervision of DGM
∎ Collect All kind of project Requisition and Order proses.
∎ Prepare All project Spectacles costing.
∎ Posted & Update all Voucher in Tally Software & Oracle Software.
∎ Communication with Hospital and Vision Centers for Accounts & Spectacle report Under supervision of DGM
∎ Quasem Foundation Employee personal File Record Maintain
∎ Bank Reconciliation Under supervision of DGM
∎ Project Visit for accounts related work need basis.
∎ Prepare cheque Issues Under supervision of DGM
∎ Communication with HRD HO for all Work of Quasem Foundation
∎
