Hope Foundation for Women and Children of Bangladesh is a non-profit organization committed to improving the health and well-being of women and children, especially in undeserved and crisis-affected communities. Operating in Cox’s Bazar, including Rohingya refugee camps, Hope runs a network of health facilities, including the Hope Hospital at Ramu, community-based health facilities, and mobile medical units.

To strengthen our pediatric department and service quality, we are looking for a dynamic ‘Junior Consultant (Pediatrics).

Responsibilities:

• Inpatient and outpatient care (examination, diagnosis and treating illness, medical conditions and injury
• Monitoring patients condition and progress.
• Collecting, recording and maintaining patients information and history.
• Explaining Procedures and discussing test result or prescribing treatment with patient and family members.
• Conducting thorough examination on newborn and children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
• Team work (Coordination with consultant and other doctor's)
• Identification of severe cases, pre referral treatment and refer the higher center for appropriate treatment.
• Follow the hospital rules and regulation.
• Detail counseling about the disease, treatment protocol, prognosis and follow up with patient and family.
• Conduction of health care training program for improvement of the quality of the service provider.
