∎ Candidates should possess a Master's degree with BA (Hons) in Library and Information Science from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide circulation and reference services to library users
∎ Assist library users in the effective searching of the library catalogue, online journals and databases
∎ Ensure providing training on the use of the online catalog, reference styles, online journals and databases
∎ Catalog print and non-print materials using international standard MARC 21 and AACR2
∎ Update and edit patron records into the Integrated Library System Koha
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of experience in the relevant field is preferred. Educational qualification and experience may be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ Knowledge of integrated library system, electronic resources and databases, and knowledge management techniques is desired
∎ Good command of English language is expected
