∎ Must have experience in a renowned Woven factory;
∎ Self-motivated and responsible;
∎ Strong Communication Skills in English both oral & written;
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for handling the finishing department independently with desired quality & able to follow up shipment data plan and achive set packing targets;
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits;
∎ Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the finishing department;
∎ Optimize Manpower Utilization;
∎ Monthly, hourly, and daily target follow up;
∎ Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style-wise, color-wise, and reconciliation;
∎ Maintain on-time Shipment schedule;
∎ Minimize Wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity;
∎ Maintain the highest standard of quality;
∎ Ensures that machine layout is as per IE bulletin with Machine servicing done by the Maintenance Team having all the protective devices on like needle guard/eye guards are in place.
