Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain & administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
∎ To provide different types reports to the management as required on timely basis.
∎ Prepare and record all transactions like receipts, payment vouchers, requisition and daily cash/bank transactions, petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement by maintaining proper accounting system.
∎ Prepare and keep the 'Asset Management' inventory updated.
∎ Administration:
∎ Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing for a newly establishing limited company.
∎ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective solutions
∎ Maintain attendance, salary sheet, monthly budget and related papers.
∎ Handle Employees' Performance Evaluation & Leave Management.
∎ Update employment policy time to time;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in office management, file maintaining and be able to provide administrative support;
∎ Other matters:
∎ Responsible for other general duties as requested.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ Age 18 to 28 years

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
