∎ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary
∎ Select and mix paint colors to match specifications
∎ Apply paint properly
∎ Monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary
∎ Clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment
∎ Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
∎ Communicate with team members to ensure that projects are completed
