∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

∎ Ensure software development projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
∎ Review and approve software architecture and design to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
∎ Design multiple software projects simultaneously to fulfill the plan provided by the IT Planning and Development Team.
∎ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
∎ Implement and maintain best practices for software development and quality assurance.
∎ Ensure that all software solutions meet high-quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
∎ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
∎ Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
∎ Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners as needed.
∎ Contribute to the development of the IT strategy and roadmap.
∎ Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes and practices.
∎ Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the organization’s software capabilities.
