Air ticketing Reservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS (Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus)
∎ Dealing with Customers queries and complaints about Ticketing.
∎ Quick respond to Clients query through phone, email, social media & in-person
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations
∎ Design & Develop Foreign Tour Packages
∎ Counseling with clients to choose the better destination
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
