Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data (e.g. plant/machine wise raw material, production info, inventory) in the ERP system from various source documents (invoices, forms, spreadsheets).
Verify and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
Generate standard reports, data summaries, and exports from the ERP system as required by management and other departments.
Handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
Assist in developing and refining data entry processes, procedures, and filing systems for better efficiency.
Communicate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Store, Metal Plant, PVC Plant, Distribution, operations) to gather missing information and resolve data issues.
Perform routine data backups and ensure digital records are stored securely and systematically.
