∎ Candidate having MBA/BBA/PGD will get privilege.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Distribution/ Supply Chain Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ View and check Delivery Order (DO) and monthly demand from sales in Troyee time to time for both Corporate and Trade and issue necessary Production Order to production for non-available and uncommon FGs.
∎ Check availability of FGs in CDC and prepare route plan and arranges preferable vehicles depending on types and quantity of FG.
∎ Prepare distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals and plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
∎ Cost benefit analysis during distribution and identify resources, perform workload assignments and provide assistances when required.
∎ Arrange necessary trainings to team members when required to ensure maximization of distribution.
∎ Evaluate and monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
∎ Follow and enforce company policies and procedures and address sales queries and ensure their satisfaction.
∎ Prepare distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
∎ Work with CDC and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
∎ Work on negotiations with vendors/transport agencies and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.
∎ Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions and monitor vehicle movement by regular tracking.
∎ Take cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
∎ Ensure strategically build and lead the distribution team in an atmosphere that assigns outcome.
∎ Set KPI/PMS for the team members and evaluate them quarterly as asked by HR.
∎ Weekly Report on Distribution Cost to the management and maintain Vehicle Management System (VMS) and report to department head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having sound knowledge in Ms- Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint.
