Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Bank Deposit Check and give D O Clearance.
∎ Prepare invoice and provide it to Distribution Department.
∎ Collection entry, Deposit entry, prepare money receipt according to party/dealer collection.
∎ Receive Order through SMS from Sales Team.
∎ Distribution Entry, Party Advance Entry and monthly reconciliation of party ledger,
∎ Regarding Collection and deposit coordination with HO account and Factory Accounts.
∎ Assist to factory Accountant and in absence of factory accountant play factory accountant role.
∎ Local Procurement and phone communication.
∎ Accomplish any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
