∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and Maintain financial reports as instructed by the Line Manager
∎ Check all types of bills and update in ERP
∎ Manage Daily Funds and allocate as per instruction
∎ Prepare Pay schedule and cheque handed over to Supply Chain Dept as per scheduled date
∎ Maintain petty cash and admin expense
∎ Update TDS VDS in ERP
∎ Update Sister Concern expense in ERP and Ledger Reconcile every month
∎ Audit Inventory when required
∎ Reconcile ledger time to time and take corrective action
∎ Report budgeted V/s Actual expenses and variables to management from time to time
∎ Ensure all the expenses and collections are updated in EPR on time
∎ Visit factory, Depot, and Farm when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Expertise in Excel is a must
Salary: Negotiable
