1. Teach students according to the academic schedule and approved curriculum.

2. Develop detailed lesson plans and workshop instruction sheets.

3. Supervise and monitor students’ work and tasks during classes and practical sessions.

4. Provide additional academic support to help students understand complex concepts or subject matters.

5. Engage students in co-curricular activities to promote overall development.

6. Motivate and counsel students to ensure regular attendance and active participation in classes.

7. Communicate with parents or guardians when necessary regarding academic or behavioral issues.

8. Maintain accurate records of students’ profiles, attendance, and examination results.

9. Prepare and manage documents and reports required by BTEB in a timely manner.

10. Ensure effective use and reuse of teaching materials, resources, and lab equipment.

11. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding institutional matters and uphold the dignity and reputation of the institution.

12. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the PPI authority, Principal, Vice Principal, or Department Head.
