• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.

• Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CA (CC), CMA, CIA) will be given preference.

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks is essential.

• Strong understanding of audit procedures, financial compliance, and internal control systems.

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and billing practices.

• Proficiency in analyzing invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.

• Ability to conduct field audits for events, branding, and warehouse operations.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good command of MS Excel, Word, and financial/audit /Oracle software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.

• Time management and ability to handle multiple audit assignments under deadlines.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

• Familiarity with company policies, SOPs, and relevant laws/regulations.

• Evaluate and ensure compliance of bills/vouchers with audit standards, company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations in the assigned functional areas.

• Conduct physical market visits to verify branding at retail and outlet locations.

• Perform on-site audits during events, campaigns, and programs to assess execution in line with SOPs.

• Audit digital marketing operations and verify agency/media bills based on approved company policies, rate charts, and compliance standards.

• Conduct warehouse operations and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and control.

• Perform market rate verification for local purchases and validate with procurement standards.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary data and documentation for audit purposes.

• Prepare clear, accurate audit findings and reports for internal review and management action.

• Ensure timely escalation of non-compliance issues and suggest corrective measures.

• Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or department head.
