Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated, confident Graphic Designer who has an Excellent Portfolio and good communication skills.
∎ As a Designer, you will work directly with the Creative and Marketing team to deliver high-quality visual designs in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and Execute Creative Campaigns of varying Scale and Complexity for Online and Offline Platforms.
∎ Understand the Scope of a Project and Clearly Articulate Ideas.
∎ Maintain Brand Aesthetic and Standards across All Channels.
∎ Ensure Deadlines are met; can balance long-term and short-term Projects simultaneously.
∎ POSM Design: Asist to design of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for our products, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand identity and product information.
∎ Create eye-catching and persuasive POSM designs that drive customer engagement and sales.
∎ Label Design: Asist to develop visually appealing and informative product labels that adhere to industry regulations and guidelines. Work closely with the marketing and packaging teams to design labels that enhance product presentation and recognition.
∎ Sketching and Drafting: Utilize your artistic skills to sketch and draft initial design concepts for various projects. Refine and iterate on sketches and drafts based on feedback and project requirements.
∎ Crafting: Asist to craft final designs using industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) while ensuring design consistency and high-quality output.
∎ Real Mockups and Dummies: Asist to create real mockups and dummies of packaging materials and other design projects, allowing stakeholders to visualize the final product.
∎ Event Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to design materials for events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Produce event-related graphics, banners, posters, and booth designs that make a lasting impact.
∎ Outdoor Design: Asist to design outdoor advertising materials, such as billboards, signage, and banners, to effectively reach our target audience. Ensure that outdoor designs align with brand identity and are visually appealing.
∎ Manage Time and Prioritize Daily Workload.
