Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bengali.
Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and social messaging platforms (Meta, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Must be friendly, patient, persuasive, and goal-focused.
Ability to multitask and manage large message volumes.
Willing to work on roster/shift basis.
We are looking for proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as “Jr. Executive – Customer Service / Tele Sales / CRM Agent”. The role is responsible for managing customer communication, CRM operations, and lead conversion through social media and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and quick response.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure proper follow-up with potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, feedback, and campaign updates.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer service across all communication channels.
Participate in campaign launches and assist with lead monitoring and engagement.
Work in roster/shift schedules as per campaign or business requirements.
