Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play an active role in promoting university, policy-making, and provide executive leadership individually and through participation in group.
∎ Evidence of accomplished administrative leadership with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
∎ Manage all administrative and academic functions of the university.
∎ Implement the rules & regulations of the university and office of Registrar as per Private University Act 2010
∎ Developing, formulating and implementing HR related plan, policy, procedures and make update it as per requirement.
∎ To oversee the HR process to ascertain that each employees are carrying out their responsibilities properly.
∎ Prepare manpower budget, manpower planning and ensure proper staffing levels are in place.

∎ Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Organization Rules & Regulations.
∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, and implement related policies and procedures.
∎ Arrange & coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes and ensure the distribution of the meeting minutes to all concerned.
∎ Look after Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline and other related activities.
