Educational Requirements:
∎ CA (Intermediate)/CMA (Intermediate) with 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts preferably in a post of higher responsibility.Or
∎ MBA (Major in Accounting)/Master's Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Information Systems with 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts of which at least 5 years must be in a post of higher responsibility in Finance & Accounts.
∎ Candidates should have minimum 2nd Class/Division or GPA at least 3.5 out of 5/ CGPA 3 out of 4 at every stage of education.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having capability to run the activities of Finance & Accounts Office independently and to lead the Accounts Team efficiently & effectively.
∎ Having sound and up-to-date knowledge in VAT, TAX etc. and ability to deal with the respective Govt. Offices in an efficient and effective manner.
∎ Having up-to-date knowledge in Digital Banking, MFS, Technology in Banking etc.
∎ An ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ S/he should be self-driven, self-starter and have ability to work independently.
∎ S/he should possess professional outlook and capacity to adapt himself/herself with a new environment.
∎ S/he should have strong mindset to take new initiatives/challenges.
