Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in technical background. MBA,PGD in HR will be preferable.
∎ Educational qualification might be relaxed for extra ordinary candidate with proven track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote students and create opportunities of job for their socio-economic development.
∎ Monitoring, assisting and correcting academic efforts; providing a safe environment of working.
∎ To assist students to develop/clarify their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through group sessions and individual counseling if necessary.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating the database of students. Maintaining database of companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments.
∎ Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
∎ Coordinating with companies to learn about their requirements and recruitment procedures
∎ Identifying the needs and expectations of the companies to assist them in recruiting most suitable candidates.
∎ Organizing pre-placement (job counseling) training/workshops/seminars for students.
∎ Highlighting articles on departmental notice boards regarding Competitive & Industrial Career Opportunities.
∎ Arranging Motivational Talks and conducting Psychometric Test.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date marketing materials for display & publicity purposes;
∎ Producing and placing advertisements for Enrollment/recruitment where required;
∎ Keep students database with all information including pre and post emplacement record; Both running and graduated.
∎ Keeps regular visit report updated & provide management as per need and Maintain personal visit log book.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Placement officers need a passion for helping students succeed professionally and strong networking skills to coordinate with potential employers. Job placement officers must have the following skills: Recruiting skill, Career counseling , Interpersonal skills , Communication skills and Analytical thinking skill.
Salary: Negotiable
