As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to join our executive team. In this role, you will lead our cyber security engineering team which is committed to protecting the IT infrastructure of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Be the leader of a highly motivated team of SOC analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Develop and implement SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Lead the team in analyzing security alerts and incidents, prioritizing and escalating threats as needed.

• Oversee the investigation and remediation of security incidents, adhering to established protocols.

• Manage and maintain SOC technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements.

• Design, implement, and manage advanced security controls and architectures.

• Lead analysis of security incidents and implement effective incident response strategies.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends.

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain documentation for security policies and procedures.
