Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Diploma in the Japanese Language or JLPT N2/N3 or higher proficiency in Japanese will get preference.

• 2 to 3 years

• Applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes.

• At least 2-3 years of experience teaching the Japanese language - Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices.

• Experience developing and delivering language training programs - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with language teaching software and technology.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Japanese Language Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Japanese language and culture, as well as a proven track record in teaching. This role involves delivering high-quality language instruction to students of various proficiency levels, developing engaging lesson plans, and assessing student progress.

Location: Dhaka (Nowabganj).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Japanese language training programs for trainees as per Nihongo syllabus including N5, N4 and N3 level.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to help trainees develop their Japanese language skills.

• Create training materials and resources, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their Japanese language skills.

• Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and materials.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide training solutions that meet their requirements.

• Participate in the development of curriculum for technical education programs. - Must have an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
